What FabriARK does
FabriARK lets you describe a physical object in plain English and orders its manufacture in metal, polymer, resin or composite. Production is carried out by Susira Group (India) and partner facilities. Each order is reviewed by our Susira QA team before it ships.
Ownership of designs
You own the descriptions you submit and the physical objects you order. FabriARK retains the right to manufacture any design for you under your account, and to use anonymised, aggregate information about geometry and material choice to improve the platform. Your specific designs are never sold or shown publicly without your consent.
Pricing & payment
Prices shown in the studio and configurator are the prices you will be charged at checkout. Currency is US dollars by default. Payment is taken in full at the time of order via Stripe; FabriARK does not store your card details.
Shipping & lead time
Every piece is manufactured from scratch, to your exact specification. Lead time is 2–3 weeks from order confirmation, depending on complexity, process, and finishing. You will receive production updates by email. Worldwide tracked shipping is included. Import duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and shown at checkout.
Remake & refund
If your piece does not match the agreed design, the spec sheet, or the photograph in the confirmation email, we will remake or refund it within thirty days of delivery — your choice. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.
Acceptable use
You may not use FabriARK to manufacture weapons, items that infringe third-party intellectual property, items that depict real public figures without consent, or items that violate the laws of the country to which they are being shipped. We reserve the right to decline any order and refund in full.
