What we collect
To design and ship physical objects we need three things: the descriptions you write, the addresses you ship to, and the payments you make. We do not sell, rent, or share any of these with third parties for marketing.
Who we share with
Only the manufacturing partners and shipping carriers required to make and deliver your order, and the payment processors that handle your card information. Each is bound by contract to use your data only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years for tax and warranty purposes. Generated 3D files are retained for one year by default; we email you before deletion in case you want to re-order. Account data is deleted within thirty days of you asking us to.
Your rights
You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time by writing to privacy@fabriark.com. We will respond inside seven days.
